Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means we have reserved time in our day exclusively for you. but for those cases where emergencies occur, then as long as you rebook at the same time we will waver the 50% cancellation fee.

A 50% Deposit will be taken from customers with dogs that require more than one person, large breeds, dogs that need that extra time without other animals in the parlour, or for customers that have missed appointments without giving the 24 hr cancellation notice we require.

The deposit will be taken via Bank Transfer on booking. This is a non refundable agreement.

These dogs all need that Extra TLC and time and patience, in the calm and quiet.  Two members of staff are required for their comfort and our own safety. 

These appointments are either early morning first thing , or last job of the day , at the parlours most quiet times. |They MUST only be booked by telephone to be discussed in detail.

First Two visits will consist of the above,  plus , face , feet & bum trim. Full Clipping & Trimming is classed as a Full Groom , this will only take place when we feel your pup is educated and will manage.

We specialise in nervous / sensitive / aggressive dogs.

Appointment only. These appointments are at the beginning of our day or at the end so the parlour is calm and quiet. There will always be two people to work with your dog. We have some fantastic gentle calming techniques to get the job done, quickly and as stress free as possible. We recommend you book monthly appointments, so we can work with you and your dog to de sensitise him/her and so they learn to trust us, and the nail trimming proc

We use our own natural products. If the ears are infected we recommend veterinary treatment.

Face & Bum trim. Appointment takes 15 minutes and does Not include a shampoo or nail trim
